Christmas 2003 I took lots and lots of pictures trying to come up with a Christmas card picture (thanks, Barbara, for loaning me the digital camera!). I love this picture of the kids, even though you can't see Lizzie's face real well. It's just so adorable. I had to share it here since I didn't use it on the cards (see below). |
Christmas Card This was the winning picture for our 2003 Christmas card. I almost didn't get them sent out this year, and was even thinking of sending New Year's cards instead. But, Steve told me he would help me get them out, so I did and I'm glad! |
Christmas Parade Our church had a float in the Christmas parade in Steve's hometown with all of the children on it. Lizzie and I rode along and Maury was all decked out in choir robe for the occasion. Here are the kids before we loaded up for the whirlwind parade. |
A Note for Santa Maury wrote a note for Santa this year to leave with the milk and cookies. I wish I could remember what he said it said, but I do think that the "911" part of the note was supposed to be our phone number. Maury really thought that was our number for awhile there. |
Oh, Baby, Baby The baby doll extravaganza continues for Lizzie. She got this awesome high chair and numerous other accessories which live at Nana and Papa's house. I think she almost runs past her grandparents to get to her babies when she gets there now. She's a sweet little momma. |
The Zap Man My sister gave Maury a disposable camera for Christmas. He had a blast taking pictures...too bad he took them so fast. And, he wasn't half bad, really. Check out this picture. |
The Start of Something Maury is obsessed with his Care Bear. It's true. We got Lizzie this Care Bear for Christmas. Please note who is holding it very first thing Christmas morning. He was so enthralled with her Care Bear that we had to go to WalMart the day after Christmas and get him his own. Look for the appearance of Laughs a Lot Bear in later pages. |
