Month Nine Lizzie is so cool. On my first Mother's Day as a mom of two, we took her swimming at my parents and she was all laid back in her little boat. In other words, just too adorable not to want to eat up! |
Daddy's Masthead Lizzie just cracks me up. One night in April, we realized that she liked it when her daddy held her like this. She's his masthead! She leans out as far as she can and grins. |
Bottle Up! Lizzie has a unique way to hold her bottle. She holds it in both hands and then rolls it to her right so she can hold it with just one hand straight up. |
Love My Bath In mid-April, since Lizzie was sitting up really well, we tried this inflatable bath in the big bath a couple of times. She just loves it. And, she splashes higher and more than her big brother. |
Cheerio Lizzie has gotten really into table food and has been eating mostly from the kitchen at daycare since the middle of April. Slow Mom finally got her some Cheerios to snack on at home and she really loves them. |
This Is How It's Done Maury has to show Lizzie how EVERYTHING works. You did know that Cheerios are to be eaten with a fork, didn't you? |
Stack 'Em Up This is a toy that Maury had, but he never really got much out of it because as soon as he would knock it over, he was upset and that was it. Lizzie on the other hand spends lots of time exploring each part and getting a lot of enjoyment out of chewing on it. |
Happy Mother's Day, Grandma! Now we're back to Mother's Day. Here is our doll baby sitting with her Grandma and wishing her a fabulous Mother's Day. (And, it really was a great one!) |
